7-Day Return Window
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. To qualify, the product must be unused and in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
Eligible Returns
- Products that arrive damaged in transit
- Defective or non-functional items
- Incorrect item shipped versus what was ordered
How to Request a Return
- Email us at support@carzy.co.in within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number, photos of the item, and reason for return
- Our team will respond within 24–48 business hours with next steps
Refunds
Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products showing signs of use, installation, or wear
- Items missing original packaging or accessories
- Requests made after the 7-day window
